Farooq Hejazi, Field Service and Test Engineer at Samsung

Samsung has further strengthened its technical support team with the appointment of Farooq Hejazi as Field Service and Test Engineer.

Farooq has worked within the electronic security industry for nine years. Prior to joining Samsung he was the Products Evaluations Engineer for Norbain and he has also carried out development engineering roles for MOD contracting companies.

“Farooq’s appointment is further evidence of our commitment to offer outstanding pre and post sales support services to our customers in the UK,” said Laurent Plusquellec, UK Technical Manager for Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd. “Our access control and video surveillance solutions are widely acclaimed for being easy to install and commission, as well as having a reputation for being ultra reliable. In the event however that there is a technical issue, Farooq will be a key member of our technical support team available to guide installers as to how to resolve any potential issues.”

In addition to his Field Service responsibilities, Farooq will also work closely with Samsung’s product management team as part of Samsung’s ongoing commitment to research and development.
