New launches from Stanley Security Solutions at IFSEC 2013

stanley-security-solutions-logoStanley Security Solutions is launching both new products and upgrades to some of its most popular systems at IFSEC from 13-16 May at Birmingham’s NEC, Hall 4 D110.

The first model in a new range of highly cost-effective Stanley Global Readers will be launched at IFSEC. Offering quality design and manufacture, including a bright light pipe for highly visibility in line with DDA requirements, the Global Readers come at a very healthy price point. They are compatible with a range of card technologies, including Wiegand and Smartcards, as well as Stanley’s own PAC, KeyPAC and new OPS (OneProx Smart) range and can be retrofitted with ease. Output format selection is made through a simple to use dip switch on the readers. A full functioning Mullion Stanley Global Reader will be at the show.

Stanley’s popular PAC SecureNet will feature prominently at IFSEC, with the latest software version in operation. SecureNet is an integrated security solution that is reliable, scalable and can be adapted to suit every access control installation from single site businesses to global organisations. PAC SecureNet manages access in and around facilities by controlling access to doors whilst providing high security through advanced alarm management.

SecureNet V4.2 will be launched at IFSEC, which is Windows 8 compatible and supports Mifare DESFire EV1. The software upgrades also allows for enhanced technical support, integration with Milestone NVR, extended Time & Holiday Profiles and full integration with iEvo Biometric solutions, including Fingerprint enrolment and database management.

A recent addition to Stanley’s product portfolio, iEvo Fingerprint Readers feature a durable ergonomic design, exceptional reliability in reading prints, plus a robust exterior to negate the effects of vandalism, spoof fingerprints and harsh weather conditions. Stanley will be displaying a range of iEvo’s Readers at IFSEC, including top of the range iEvo Ultimate for all purpose use, iEvo Micro for internal use only and the iEvo Desktop Reader to aid registration. The iEvo Ultimate model will be working on the stand, integrated with Stanley’s Pac SecureNet system.

Stanley will be exhibiting its other biometric systems alongside iEvo at IFSEC, most notably its new EyeLock range. EyeLock is claimed to be one of most advanced, efficient, cost effective iris-based biometric technology product solutions available. EyeLock detects up to 2,000 points within the iris that are variable from person to person whilst simultaneously employing a ‘life verifier’ which recognises the absence of a live person and denies access. It’s both reliable – it has an error rate of just one in 300 million per eye – and fast, scanning up to 50 people in motion per minute at a distance. Stanley will be displaying both top of the range EyeLock HBOX and the entry level EyeLock Nano which will be integrated into the PAC SecureNet system.

Other Stanley access control software at the show will include new Pacom-Edge software and the upgraded EasiNet Residential system, now previewing version 4.3 of the software. Designed with social housing providers in mind, EasiNet provides targeted solutions for controlling residential housing security and tenant entry into either low or high rise blocks. The new version provides optimisation for larger multi-housing office systems (Org Units) and enhancements to access group control.

Pacom-Edge products on show will include the new 8002 Controller, which is a hybrid dual-Ethernet controller that performs access control, intrusion alert, communication and acts as a gateway for many third party applications and devices. The 8501 Intrusion Detection Module will also be on display, which connects to any Pacom-Edge Controller – including the new 8002 – via IP and / or RS485, enabling customers to remotely expand their intrusion needs with reduced need for traditional cabling.

Lastly, Stanley will also be proudly exhibiting its best selling GDX Door Entry systems, which are used throughout the UK within the public and private housing sectors. From simple low cost systems to PC based touch screen integrated control systems, GDX has been designed by Stanley to be fully scalable and backward compatible. Both video and audio only systems will be displayed, along with the GDX5 concierge system.
