Kirintec and IGG to showcase new product and BLADE 5 at IDEX 2017
Defence and security specialist Kirintec is teaming up with IGG to exhibit a brand new product and BLADE 5 at the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi. The event takes place biennially and will be staged at the National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), from Sunday 19 February until Thursday 23 February 2017.
Kirintec will be at the International Golden Group pavilion in Hall 4 and Stand C30. Both will be showcasing state of the art technology, Kirintec says.
According to the company, its new product, which will be of interest to those concerned with Special Operations, should give visitors and extra reason to attend, and for those that can't make it, it will be sharing details of the launch digitally too.
Kirintec says it's known for its agility, innovation and experience, and prides itself understanding the threat to help our customer’s response.
BLADE 5 is the most powerful vehicle platform for jamming systems, Kirintec says. It is fully programmable with each modular unit providing focused jamming capability to a specific region of the RF spectrum. Mercury BLADE modules are available in the following frequency bands:
• Low Band – 20MHz to 520MHz
• Mid Band – 520MHz to 2.7GHz
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, IDEX is among the largest defence exhibitions in the world, Kirintec says.
Recent international geopolitical changes, especially in the Middle East, pose many security challenges for decision makers and this will be an ideal opportunity to network and discover our impressive product range.
IDEX was first launched in 1993. At the last exhibition of IDEX 2015 more than 1,200 exhibitors and 101,000 visitors from across the globe participated. We are certainly looking forward to welcoming you in Hall 4, stand C30.
