Screen Shot 2013-07-05 at 10.19.26In a strategic move to strengthen its business offering and service to both UK and international clients, IRC Security has formed Subrosa Group and created three distinct divisions – IRC Security, SRG Special Projects and SRG Middle East.

The change also gives the growing company the flexibility and infrastructure to better grow in terms of numbers, resources and extra services.

The development reflects the business’ positioning as a world-class specialist in the security and risk mitigation industries and the fact that it currently boasts one of the UK’s most highly qualified and experienced senior management teams.  It also enables them to take specialist services, such as specialist security and law enforcement training, to a global marketplace more easily.

The Subrosa Group now collectively provides a range of services to businesses that need to investigate or protect themselves from loss, fraud, harassment and threats to business or employees.  The group offers a turn-key solution – from counsel to implementation – including specialist and unique services such as Discovery, a deep web mining tool and the UK’s only counter-stalking and counter-harassment service.

The new divisions will service clients as follows:

SRG Special Projects has a team of highly-skilled individuals that provide bespoke strategic solutions in risk mitigation, investigations and loss prevention. It is also the leading specialist in stalking and harassment and is the only consultancy in Europe offering a full stalker management and profiling service.

The highly accredited IRC Security service offers all aspects of uniformed guarding from VIP, residential and corporate security, HQ office protection to event security and security officer mobile patrols. IRC Security holds the National Security Inspectorate Gold accreditation in guarding.

SRG Middle East provides clients based in and around the MENA region with a full range of strategic and tactical security solutions. With an international focus, providing comprehensive security and safety accredited courses to businesses and individuals instills confidence in their own security provisions as well as that of the professionals.

Niall Burns, Managing Director at Subrosa Group says: “Having all three divisions under the same umbrella has enabled us to streamline our offering and make it easier for our clients to use our various services with ease. Our main objective is to continue to deliver an outstanding service to our clients and this new structure enables us to better transfer our expertise more fluidly.

Niall Burns adds: “The positive growth that we’ve experienced since the re-structure is extremely encouraging and this has solidified the business as a leader in the industry.”

Combined, the Group offers a multitude of expertise and resources to successfully service all manner of high risk situations across an international client base.
