Entatech UK has launched a new Customer Development Team, to be headed up at its Telford headquarters by the appointment of a new Sales Team Leader.
Neil Gilbody has joined Entatech in the role of Sales Team Leader and will be working closely with all Sales Executives to ensure Entatech customers receive consistent, efficient and quality service at all times.
Neil, who has a passion for providing customer service and maintaining a customer focused environment, holds 9 years’ experience in managing sales teams, previously working for Lloyds Banking Group as Finance Centre Manager. Within this role he was responsible for leading the sales staff, whilst also developing their skills and mentoring them throughout their professional development.

Neil will be encouraging the sales floor to develop their team culture and is aiming to help guide Entatech’s sales staff in building strong customer relationships. This will stem further than simply managing accounts and will instead focus on creating loyal, mutually beneficial partnerships between customers, staff and vendors. Neil will also work closely with Account Managers on sales and marketing campaigns with buying groups, such as the Network Group and Synaxon. This will focus on devising campaigns and incentives to grow the sales of specific products and vendors accordingly to the buying group’s needs.
Working alongside Neil is Ben Davies, who has been appointed Sales Induction Coordinator from his previous role as Account Manager at Entatech. Ben will be responsible for the development of new sales staff and the Customer Development team. All new starters will report to Ben to complete the relevant training, ensuring they are equipped with all Entatech procedures, system requirements and industry knowledge to provide effective and efficient service.
Entatech’s new Customer Development Team will actively work towards improving the speed and accuracy in which all new accounts are opened, whilst also dealing with enquiries from new and current customers.
In order to build strong working relationships, Entatech appoint a dedicated Account Manager to every customer, giving the service they receive a personal touch. This allows customers to build a strong relationship with their Account Manager, removing the need to purchase solely online and aiding the quick resolution of any queries.
