The CSL DualCom Customer Service Team have always led the way in outstanding aftercare provided by our in-house UK based helpdesk in addition to our team of regionally placed Technical Field Engineers. We are pleased to announce three new recruits to build on our high levels of service for our double award winning DualCom signalling range.
John Annison joins CSL DualCom as Customer Service Manager, John has over 24 years experience in the industry starting as an Apprentice and working his way up to Senior Management positions within National and local UK Installers. John will become the face of Customer Service team, by getting closely involved with our customers, building long term relationships and finding quick resolutions to problems.

Gareth Mighall joins the Customer Service helpdesk as a Technical Support Advisor, his principle tasks are to assist installers’ remotely whilst onsite. Gareth brings with him a very strong background in IT problem solving and customer services.
To remotely assist our office based team, Alan Houldsworth joins the field based team as our Northern Technical Field Manager. Alan is a widely experienced field service, installation and commissioning engineer who has spent his career providing systems support to major retailers and organisations such as the BBC.
